All you need is a Landers membership! Apply for a membership or renew during the early signup to enjoy a discounted Landers membership fee of only ₱500.
You can sign up at your nearest Landers Superstore, online at www.landers.ph, or using the Landers Superstore app.
You will receive periodic updates via SMS from Landers and Maya on the status of your signup and eligibility for the credit card.
No. Upon signup, you will only receive a membership card (if you don't have one yet). The credit card will start rolling out to eligible customers later this year.
No. The information you provide during early signup will be used by Maya to determine your eligibility for the credit card. You can expect Maya to reach out to you for additional documents or details if needed. In the meantime, we highly encourage you to keep using Maya for you savings, payments, bills, investments, and other transactions to increase your chances of getting approved.
We're expecting roll out the credit card to eligible customers later this year. Once available, it will be delivered to your registered home address. We'll continue sending you updates about the credit card's availability using your contact information or via your Maya app.
Yes! When you sign up, your membership will be automatically renewed for another year.
No. Only primary Landers members can apply for a Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card.
You can do this any time as long as you use the same mobile number and personal information that you submitted in this Landers early signup form.
We highly encourage you to download the Maya app, sign up, and upgrade your account for free after your early signup to help us evaluate your credit eligibility. Upgrading your Maya account is free and requires just 1-2 valid IDs. By signing up, you can also receive exciting offers from Maya and Landers.
Your existing Maya account will remain intact and may be used for your credit evaluation. In addition, your account information with Maya will be linked seamlessly with your Landers membership as part of the early signup procedure.
Every qualified transaction using the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card earns you cashback points, where 1 point is equal to ₱1. For every 500 points you earn, you will receive a ₱500 cashback voucher on the Maya app that you can use on your next purchase at Landers. In the future, you'll be able to use your cashback points to pay directly!

Once approved, your physical credit card will be delivered to the address you indicated in your application. Delivery takes up to 4 working days for areas in Metro Manila and up to 10 working days everywhere else.

Follow these steps to activate your credit card:
- Log in to Maya and go to Cards
- Select your credit card
- Tap Activate physical card
- Enter the details found on the back of your physical credit card
- Set a 6-digit PIN to complete activation
💡 You can also start using your virtual credit card as soon as your application is approved. To see your virtual credit card, open Maya, tap Cards, and select your credit card.
You earn cashback points by making qualified transactions using your Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card. Once you earn enough, these points are converted into cashback vouchers that you can use at any Landers Superstore nationwide.
All cardholders with good credit standing* can enjoy the rewards earned from using their Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card.
*This includes credit card accounts that have not been past due, suspended, or canceled and are not over the limit.
Cashback vouchers are automatically unlocked once you earn enough cashback points from qualified transactions using your credit card. You'll receive a notification when you unlock a cashback voucher.

- Log in to Maya and go to Cards
- Select your credit card
- Tap the Pay button
- Review or change the amount to be paid
- Tap Pay now to complete your payment
💡Make sure you have enough funds in your Maya Wallet to complete your payment. If you're balance is running low, you can simply cash in through the following:
- via our Cash in Kiosks at any Landers Stores
- via any Bank or eWallet: Link select Banks, or do Bank Transfer to Maya Philippines, Inc. using your 11-digit Maya mobile number
- via over-the-counter at Payment Centers
- via any Maya Center nationwide
- via your other Debit or Credit Cards
